was devoid of beauty | have His beauty
was rejected | be accepted
was a man of sorrows | have joy
was despised | be esteemed
carried our sicknesses and pains | be healed
had no peace | have peace
bore our sins and shed His blood | be forgiven
did not have anybody speaking for Him before God | have a High Priest in heaven speaking for us forever
